સેમેસ્ટર ૩ અને ૫ પરીક્ષા માટેના વિષય

સેમેસ્ટર ૩ અને ૫ ના વિધાર્થીઓને જણાવવાનું કે પરીક્ષા ફોર્મના વિષય કોલેજની વેબસાઈટ પર મુકેલ છે. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વિષય ચકાસણી કરેલ ન હોય તેઓ તા. ૧૯/૦૮/૨૦૨૬ સુધીમાં કરી લેવી. જો વિષયમાં ફેરફાર હોય, નામ ન હોય અથવા અન્ય કોઈ ફેરફાર હોય તો ૧૯/૦૮/૨૦૨૬ સુધીમાં અચૂક વિદ્યાર્થી શાખાનો સંપર્ક કરવો. ત્યાર બાદ પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ કે હોલ ટીકીટ સમયે વિષય સુધારા માટે યુનીવર્સીટી નીયમાનુસાર દંડ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ભરી સુધારો કરાવવાનો રહેશે જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીએ નોંઘ લેવી.

કોશનમની ફી પરત - વર્ષ ૨૦૨૬ માં સેમેસ્ટર ૬ પૂર્ણ કરેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ

બી.એ. સેમ-૬ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૬માં પુર્ણ કરેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ કોશનમની ફી પરત મેળવવા તા.૧૧/૦૮/૨૦૨૬ થી તા.૧૪/૦૮/૨૦૨૬ દરમિયાન શામળદાસ આર્ટસ કોલેજની વેબસાઈટ પર સેમેસ્ટર ૧ ની ફી પોચ, સેમેસ્ટર ૬ પાસ કર્યાની માર્કશીટ તથા બેંક પાસબુકની નકલ અપલોડ કરી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ઉપરોક્ત તારીખ બાદ અરજી કરીએ શકાશે નહિ જેની સર્વે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નોંધ લેવી. એપલીકેશન માટે લીંક :- https://samaldasartscollege.org/erp/Default.aspx

શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૬-૨૭ ના સેમેસ્ટર ૭ અને ૮ (બી.એ. ઓનર્સ અને રિસર્ચ) ના તત્વજ્ઞાન, અંગ્રેજી અને સંસ્કૃત વિષયોમાં પ્રવેશ બાબત

શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૬-૨૭ ના સેમેસ્ટર ૭ અને ૮ માં તત્વજ્ઞાન વિષયમાં (બી.એ. ઓનર્સ) તથા અંગ્રેજી અને સંસ્કૃત વિષયો (બી.એ.રીસર્ચ) માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા ઈચ્છુક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ ભરવાની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ થઈ ગઈ છે. તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સચોટ માહિતી સાથે ભરેલું પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ આગામી તારીખ ૦૮/૦૮/૨૦૨૬ સુધીમાં અત્રેની કોલેજ ખાતે જમા કરાવવાનું રહેશે. નિયત સમયમર્યાદા બાદ કોઈ પણ ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં, જેની ખાસ નોંધ લેવી.

સેમેસ્ટર -૩ ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ના વિષય ચકાસવા બાબત

સેમેસ્ટર-૩ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ PDF ફાઈલમાં પોતાના એનરોલમેન્ટ નંબર સર્ચ કરી પોતાના વિષય અને વિષય કોડ ચકાસી લેવાના રહેશે. તથા વિષય કે વિષય કોડમાં ભૂલ જણાય, નામ ન હોય અથવા અન્ય કોઈ સમસ્યા જણાય તો પોતાની ફી ની પહોંચ સાથે તા.૦૩/૦૮/૨૦૨૬ સુધીમાં વિદ્યાર્થી શાખાનો રૂબરૂમાં સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે. સમયમર્યાદા બાદ વિષય સુધારા માટેની રજૂઆત ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહી. તથા આ અંગે યુનિવર્સિટીના નિયમાનુસાર વિષય દીઠ રૂ.૧૦૦૦/- દંડ વિદ્યાર્થીએ ચૂકવવાનો રહેશે.

તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ Anti Ragging Undertaking ભરવુ ફરજિયાત છે. વધુ વિગત માટે બોડાણ ધ્યાને લેવું. UGC ની સૂચના મુજબ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આ પ્રક્રિયા તા. ૩૧/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરી દેવી.

NEP મુજબ ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits ID) ની નોંધણી / સુધારો કરવા અંગે.

રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ (NEP) ની જોગવાઈ મુજબ દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી માટે ABC ID ફરજિયાત છે. સેમેસ્ટર-૧ ના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ખાસ નોંધ લેવી અને નીચે મુજબની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરવી. • લોગિન: દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાના સ્ટુડન્ટ ID (Student ID) અને GCAS APPLICATION NUMBER વડે પોર્ટલ પર લોગિન કરવું. (SHAMALDAS ARTS COLLEGE->ONLINE FORM) LINK:- https://samaldasartscollege.org/erp/Default.aspx • ચકાસણી: લોગીન કર્યા બાદ પોતાનો ABC ID ચકાસી લેવો. • ફેરફાર / નવી એન્ટ્રી : 1. જો તમારા ABC ID માં કોઈ ભૂલ અથવા ફેરફાર હોય, તો તેને ફરીથી એન્ટર (Re-enter) કરવો. 2. જો હજુ સુધી ABC ID દાખલ (Enter) કરેલ ન હોય, તો તાત્કાલિક દાખલ કરી દેવો. 3. ABC ID દાખલ કરવાની તારીખ: ૨૪/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ થી ૨૮/૦૭/૨૦૨૬ નોંધ: આપેલી સમયમર્યાદા (૨૮/૦૭/૨૦૨૬) બાદ કોઈ ફેરફાર કરી શકાશે નહીં, તેથી સમયસર આ કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરવી ફરજિયાત છે. ABC ID વિના પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ ભરી શકાશે નહિ જેની નોંધ લેવી.

કોલેજના સેમ-3 અને 5ના એન.એસ.એસ. ના વિધાર્થીઓને જણાવવાનું કે વર્ષ 2026-2027 એન.અસ.અસ ના રીન્યુઅલ માટે ઓનલાઇ સાઇટ પર સંપૂર્ણ ફોર્મ ભરી જરૂરી આધારો સાથે જોડી તારીખ 22/07/2026 થી 27/07/2026 સુધીમાં બપોરે 2.30 થી 4.30 દરમ્યાન એન. એસ. એસ ઓફિસમાં જમા કરાવી જવાનું રહેશે. અથવા એન. એસ. એસ. ઓફિસ ખાતેથી QR કોડ સ્કેન કરીને ફોર્મ ભરીને પ્રિન્ટ જમા કરાવવી જેની દરેક વિધાર્થીએ નોંધ લેવી. આથી સેમેસ્ટર-૩ અને સેમેસ્ટર-૫ માં આવેલ અને ઓનલાઈન ફી ભરવાની બાકી રહી ગઈ છે, તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જણાવવાનું કે, તા.૨૨/૦૬/૨૦૨૬ અને તા.૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૬ એમ બે દિવસ ફી ભરી શકાશે. ત્યારબાદ કોઈપણ કારણોસર ફી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી, જેની સર્વે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ગંભીરતાથી નોંધ લેવી. ટેકનીકલ પ્રશ્નોના કિસ્સામાં સંબંધિત વિદ્યાર્થીએ તાત્કાલિક કોલેજનો રૂબરૂ સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.

Principal's Words

It is with utmost humility and the deepest sense of responsibility that I carry this responsibility. The magnitude of traditional legacy of Samaldas Arts College, its inheritance since1885 make it an exceptional institute. We here Endeavour to endow the students with knowledge as well skills to make them competent in their subjects on one hand and make them more employable on the other. With rigorous implementation of NEP2020, we lay additional emphasis on skill enhancement through linguistic and communicative abilities. The institute envisions students' holistic development through other sports, cultural and other creative activities. We are fully aware about providing the society with task force that is adept as well as humanitarian in nature.
